Meet Judy Hearst, Your Trusted Real Estate Advisor
Real estate isn’t just a career for Judy Hearst—it's a lifelong passion. With a commitment to exceptional service and outstanding results, Judy recognizes what it takes to go above and beyond for every client.
A Foundation Built on Expertise and Experience
As a second-generation Realtor, Judy offers a comprehensive understanding of the real estate landscape from multiple perspectives. Her extensive experience spans both residential and commercial properties.
Throughout her dynamic career, Judy has worn many hats: agent, manager, and broker-owner of a successful Coldwell Banker franchise. Her leadership roles also include serving as the Director of Education and as the Vice President Regional Manager of the Wisconsin region of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage from 2002 to 2017. Her deep connections and proven sales results have established her as a trusted source in the Wisconsin real estate community.
The Art of Connection and Community
Judy thrives on making authentic connections and guiding clients through the complexities of the buying and selling process. She believes strongly in community involvement and giving back. She has been actively involved on the boards of the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors (GMAR) and the Wisconsin Realtor Association (WRA). Currently, she serves as the president of the board of the Wisconsin Museum of Quilts and Fiber Arts in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, and holds a position on the Metro MLS board. Her dedication to the industry was recognized in 2016 when she received the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award from GMAR.
A Creative Approach to Living
Before real estate, Judy had a successful career as a fiber artist, specializing in weaving and contemporary quilt making. Her artwork was represented by galleries across the country, and her work was featured in industry and consumer publications, with a career highlight being a quilt published in Vogue Magazine. This artistic background allows Judy to see the potential in every property, appreciating how homes express "the art of everyday living."
A Commitment to Solutions
“Paychecks come and go; it’s the special relationships I develop with my clients that makes practicing real estate interesting and motivating,” says Judy. “My job is to help people find solutions in real estate. The people I work with are special and the properties I represent and sell, express so much about the art of everyday living."
Judy's expertise is just a call or text away. She would love to connect and discuss your real estate needs.
